About The Role
Invisible Technologies is hiring an experienced and visionary SVP of Enterprise Technology to lead our growth in the banking vertical. Reporting to the CEO and working directly with the senior leadership team, this role is designed for a strategic leader who can own high-stakes executive relationships and drive large-scale transformation within major financial institutions. You'll convert CEO-initiated engagements into scalable partnerships, architecting technology-powered solutions that modernize core banking operations. This role offers the unique opportunity to build and own a vertical within a company redefining how work gets done.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Invisible’s expansion into the banking sector by developing and executing a targeted go-to-market strategy.
- Engage in executive-level conversations with senior leaders at top banks and financial institutions, often introduced by the CEO, and turn those into long-term commercial relationships.
- Serve as a strategic partner to C-suite stakeholders — bringing a deep understanding of banking operations, regulatory pressures, and modernization priorities.
- Design end-to-end solutions leveraging Invisible’s proprietary tech-enabled operations platform and cross-functional internal teams.
- Oversee a flex resource team of solution designers, engineers, and operators who implement and scale custom client workflows.
- Identify repeatable success patterns and shape them into reusable playbooks and offerings tailored for the banking vertical.
- Represent Invisible externally at major banking conferences and forums, building market credibility and influencing thought leadership in the space.
What We Need
- 12+ years of experience in banking or financial services, with a strong track record in enterprise technology, operations strategy, or digital transformation.
- Executive-level experience either as a senior technology buyer (e.g., CIO/CTO/COO office) or advisor with banking vertical focus.
- Fluency in core banking functions — including compliance, risk, lending, payments, and digital channels — and the ability to speak credibly with senior banking leaders.
Experience designing and executing large-scale technology or operations transformation programs. - Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments with minimal structure.
- Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and eager to build new verticals and solutions within an innovation-driven company.
