About The Role
Invisible is seeking a dynamic VP of Strategic Accounts - Financial Services to join our Client Services team, where you'll drive growth and deepen relationships with some of the world’s most influential financial institutions. Reporting to senior leadership, you'll own a select portfolio of multi-million-dollar accounts and act as a strategic advisor to clients in asset management, private equity, and insurance. This role blends relationship management, business development, and operational execution, with a focus on solving highly complex problems through Invisible’s human + technology solutions. You'll have the autonomy to shape your approach and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Growth, Operations, Product, and Technology to deliver transformative impact.
What You’ll Do
- Own and grow a portfolio of 3–5 strategic, multi-million-dollar accounts within the financial services sector, acting as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.
- Lead discovery and scoping conversations with prospective and current clients to identify critical needs and design tailored solutions.
- Design and oversee pilot programs to validate business cases and demonstrate the value of Invisible’s services.
- Drive end-to-end sales processes, including contract negotiation, deal structuring, and alignment with internal and client-side stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans, identifying expansion opportunities and deepening Invisible’s footprint across client organizations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of client solutions.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and advocacy, proactively addressing challenges and ensuring long-term success.
- Manage renewal and expansion efforts, ensuring that evolving client needs are met with scalable and impactful solutions.
What We Need
- 12+ years of experience in strategic account management and enterprise sales roles within Managed Services, Professional Services, or SaaS environments.
- Deep subject matter expertise in financial services (especially asset management, private equity, and insurance), including an understanding of industry-specific operational and regulatory challenges.
- Proven success negotiating complex enterprise deals (>$10M ARR) and managing long-term C-suite relationships.
- Strong strategic thinking and consultative problem-solving skills, with the ability to craft custom solutions to ambiguous challenges.
- High degree of autonomy and ownership, with a track record of operating independently while managing cross-functional initiatives.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time to maintain close client engagement and relationship-building.

Invisible is committed to fair and competitive pay, ensuring that compensation reflects both market conditions and the value each team member brings. Our salary structure accounts for regional differences in cost of living while maintaining internal equity.

Bonuses and equity are included in offers above entry level. Final compensation is determined by a combination of factors, including location, job-related experience, skills, knowledge, internal pay equity, and overall market conditions.
