About the Role

The Licensing Administration & Support Assistant will support our licensing team in the administration of multi-territory online licences. 

Please be aware that this is a 12-month 3-day-a-week fixed-term role with Tuesdays as a mandatory working day (flexible on remaining two days).

 

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting licensing administration including by:

  • updating of CRM.
  • supporting with checking licence processing results and invoice details to ensuring ICE is maximising royalty collections.
  • supporting in resolving issues that arise from administering licences.
  • supporting in responding to licensing queries to the licensing inbox.
  • other general administration support including inputting into our regular team meetings, leads sessions, and industry news groups that will enable the successful candidate an opportunity to get a broader picture of the industry and ICE’s activities within itBuild close working relationships with account licensing account managers and operational teams.

 

Requirements and Qualifications:

Key Skills, Experience and Attributes

  • Good administration and organisational skills.
  • The ability to learn quickly.
  • Initiative whilst working as part of a team.
  • Good written and oral communication skills; confidence to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Good experience with Microsoft programs, including Excel, a positive but a willingness and drive to learn quickly will be equally considered.

Person Profile

  • A flexible and positive attitude to change & willingness to take on new challenges is vital.
  • Diligent with good attention to detail.
  • An interest in the music industry and an enthusiasm for understanding how ICE works and how it fits into the wider industry.
  • Minimum qualifications are English, Maths and ICT GSCE’s level A-C or equivalent. Graduates can apply but a degree not necessary nor will it give you an advantage.
  • Common sense, a good attitude and a strong application is what we are looking for.
  • This role may be of particular interest to those wishing to develop data-driven analytical skills using large datasets, starting at an entry level.
