
AI Integration & Quality Specialist
Why this role matters
The AI Integration Specialist is responsible for the hands-on development, testing, and maintenance of chatbot prompts and conversational flows. This role translates business requirements, compliance rules, and client experience standards into structured AI logic that powers reliable and user-friendly interactions.
As the first line of execution, the AI Integration Specialist ensures that chatbot behavior is accurate, consistent, and aligned with business policies. The role also serves as a first responder to AI-related issues, performing root cause analysis and coordinating with peers and cross-functional teams for resolution.

What you'll actually do
- To design, refine, and test chatbot prompts for accuracy, compliance, and usability.
- To implement context-aware rules that shape AI behavior across different business scenarios.
- To run simulations and audits that validate chatbot performance.
- To collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Product, CIA, KM) in improving AI workflows.
- To act as the frontline troubleshooter for AI issues and incidents especially on the #cia-tech-support channel.
Who we’re looking for
- Must be an existing member of the Quality Assurance Team.
- Should've participated in the Objective Assessment held last September 2025.
- Experience in AI prompt engineering, conversation design, or customer support operations.
- Strong analytical skills to translate business and compliance rules into structured prompt logic.
- Familiarity with NLP-based systems, chatbot platforms, or AI integration (preferred but not required).
- Ability to run simulations, audits, and quality testing for conversational AI.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, especially in identifying logic or compliance gaps.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and client experience.
