What you'll actually do

  • Manage the onboarding process for new publishers, including aligning on content requirements, brand messaging, timelines, and compliance standards.
  • Coordinate with publishers to ensure accurate and strategic placement of brand content, reviews, and mentions that enhance visibility in LLM outputs.
  • Ensure all published content accurately reflects brand messaging, positioning, and tone across external platforms.
  • Work closely with the Search & Web team to prioritize target websites, align on strategy, and optimize publisher selection for maximum impact on LLM visibility.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of placements (traffic, rankings, visibility in AI responses) and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Handle agreements, pricing negotiations, and budget allocation for publisher partnerships while ensuring ROI.
  • Stay updated on emerging review platforms, publisher trends, and content strategies that influence LLM outputs.

Who we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in SEO, PR marketing, or a related field.
  • Preferably 3+ years of experience in a similar role, either in-house or on the agency side, ideally within the same domain.
  • Experience in outreach and partnership development, negotiation and deal-making, publisher onboarding and relationship management, and content placement strategy.
  • Strong understanding of SEO basics including authority, backlinks, and rankings, as well as data tracking and performance analysis.
  • Experience managing contracts and budgets.
  • Solid knowledge of SEO and content marketing fundamentals, online reputation management strategies, publisher and review site ecosystems, LLM/content sourcing dynamics (how AI gathers information), and brand positioning and messaging.
