Trading Support Engineer (MU)

The Market Making operations Team within Exness combines unique expertise, knowledge and responsibilities to continuously improve pricing, execution models and trading experience of our clients. A Support Engineer (Level 2) is an expert responsible for the trading platform RUN, which supports the core functions, maintains components to provide the highest quality of services to our clients. As a source of unique knowledge and experience, a Support Engineer (Level 2) also plays a crucial role in supporting all the teams within the Company to achieve goals together.
What you'll actually do
- Supporting the delivery of new features and components
- Resolving complicated inquiries related to the trading platform
- Monitoring of vital metrics, ensuring the highest quality of service
- Identifying anomalies in pricing and execution
- Working hand in hand with the risk monitoring team to respond to urgent requests on time
- Providing expert knowledge support for colleagues
Who we’re looking for
- Experience in MetaQuotes trading products (MT4, MT5) administration. Other related products are a plus
- Experience in supporting brokerage trading platforms
- Comprehensive knowledge of spot forex, CFDs & OTC products
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS administration (File system, Services, Processes, Perfmon, Task Scheduler, Command line, RDP)
- Experience with ticket management tools (JIRA, Kanban)
- Experience with working with data structures (JSON, YAML, CSV)
- Experience with article writing (Confluence, wiki)
- Basic SQL knowledge (select with conditions, join)
- Good communication abilities (both writing and verbal)
The advantage would be
- Strong knowledge of the Company product
- Experience with reading logs (Graylog, Event viewer, Grep/Select-String, Regexp, FAR manager)
- Understanding of schemas (BPMN-like)
