Why this role matters
As an Operations Manager within Exness, you’ll oversee an organisation's activities at a strategic level, direct daily organisational operations by improving efficiency, and implement strategies to achieve business goals.
This role is responsible for setting up processes and policies to ensure knowledge is properly distributed within the commercial division, guidelines are understood, and they are readily available for access. Tools for established processes are in place to be used by all stakeholders along the process. This ensures effective and efficient request management and that the commercial division's goals are in line with the company-wide vision.
The Operations Manager is the main point of contact between sales and other stakeholders for training, new business opportunities, and process management.
What you'll actually do
- Streamline operations and ensure quality.
- Designing and implementing processes and procedures to maximise efficiency. This could take the form of project management, budget control, or increasing output by reducing the steps involved in certain processes.
- Discipline that consists of a set of general functions: planning, organising, leading, and controlling.
- Choosing appropriate goals and actions to pursue and determining which actions to take to maximise efficiency and to achieve goals.
- Establish work relationships to achieve common organisational goals.
- Inspiring and motivating people through effective communication skills.
- Improving performance, establishing standards, and policies
- Service Desk, Backoffice tasks, and processes development, improvement, and implementation.
- Analyse and identify issues, gaps, and suggest solutions.
- Identify new best worldwide practices to implement innovative approaches within the Division or business unit.
- Lead & coordinating initiatives to improve global acquisition, conversion, and retention.
Who we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience in an operational role, with 2 years in a people management role
- Experience in the trading or brokerage industry is a plus
- Good JIRA/Confluence experience to set up processes and knowledge infrastructures
- Project Management experience is a plus
- Extremely organised and structured.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
- An analytical mindset to identify issues, gaps, and suggest solutions for further implementation.
