The role is based in our office in Limassol, Cyprus. In case of relocation, we offer full relocation support for you and your family to make your move smooth and worry-free.
What you'll actually do
- Moderate user-generated content and ensure compliance with guidelines.
- Engage with the community to foster a positive culture.
- Manage interactions on forums, review sites, and social media.
- Track and respond to brand mentions and customer sentiment.
- Collaborate with Marketing, PR, and Sales for consistent messaging.
- Use tools to analyze engagement, support efficiency, and customer feedback.
- Create actionable reports for stakeholders.
- Share insights with Development and Sales for product improvement.
- Build strong relationships with customers, industry professionals, and journalists.
- Host events, webinars, and community-driven campaigns.
- Benchmark competitors to identify opportunities.
- Liaise with Development and Sales on new features and updates.
- Prepare crisis protocols and manage escalations.
- Mentor junior team members and conduct training sessions.
Who we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related field.
- Proven experience in a Customer Support Executive role, with strong familiarity with handling customer interactions and day-to-day support operations.
- Strong familiarity with Salesforce and Jira.
- Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Telegram, YouTube, LinkedIn)
- Native English and excellent verbal, written, presentation and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and copywriting skills (English)
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
