As a Salesforce Product Manager, you are responsible for defining and executing the strategy for optimizing Salesforce CRM systems, specifically tailored for sales and customer support needs. The role’s purpose is to improve customer engagement and operational efficiency through the continuous enhancement of Salesforce functionalities, integrating industry best practices and ensuring alignment with the company’s goals in a fast-paced, fintech-driven environment
What you'll actually do
- Define the roadmap for Salesforce CRM, ensuring alignment with the company's goals for sales and support enhancement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (Sales, Support, Marketing, and IT) to understand their needs and challenges and translate them into actionable product features.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce innovations and industry trends to ensure the product strategy reflects the latest advancements.
- Lead the continuous improvement of Salesforce CRM for sales teams, optimizing lead management, opportunity tracking, and sales pipeline visibility.
- Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other internal systems to create a seamless user experience for both sales and support teams.
- Drive the enhancement of CRM automation, reporting, and analytics capabilities to support data-driven decision-making.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Collect feedback to refine Salesforce functionalities and improve user and employee experience.
- Present updates and performance reports to senior management.
- Gather feedback from both internal teams and external customers to refine product features and ensure the CRM meets user needs.
- Analyze customer journey data to identify pain points and opportunities for improving sales and support operations.
Who we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- 2+ Experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on Salesforce CRM or similar platforms, preferably within fintech
- Experience in a fintech or financial services company, with a focus on CRM integration for sales and support, will be considered as a plus.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver complex product solutions.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other related tools.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, customer support workflows, and CRM best practices.
- Expertise in Salesforce administration, configuration, and integration with other business systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong project management skills, including familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, support, IT, and other teams to achieve common goals.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities to address challenges and identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and navigate changes quickly, especially in a dynamic fintech company.
- Attention to detail in managing product features, system configurations, and user requirements.
