
Corporate Administrator (1 year contract)
Why this role matters
You will be responsible for maintaining and updating corporate records and statutory filings for all legal entities within the Group. You will coordinate board and shareholder meetings, liaise with external service providers and internal teams, and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory deadlines. Supporting onboarding, due diligence, and various corporate projects, you will play a key role in keeping the Group’s corporate governance processes running smoothly and efficiently.
The role is based in our Limassol office, Cyprus. In case of relocation, we offer full relocation support for you and your family to make your move smooth and worry-free.
What you'll actually do
- Maintain and update corporate records, company registries, and internal databases for all legal entities within the Group.
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems in line with internal procedures and data protection standards.
- Coordinate the preparation, execution, and filing of statutory documents, such as board and shareholder resolutions, powers of attorney, annual filings, and company incorporations or deregistrations.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with deadlines related to annual returns, license renewals, and other legal obligations.
- Liaise with external service providers, registries, notaries, and legal counsel to ensure timely submission of documents and filings in relevant jurisdictions.
- Assist with the onboarding and ongoing due diligence of legal entities in coordination with Compliance and Finance teams
- Organize and support board and shareholder meetings, including minute-taking and documentation.
- Support internal stakeholders with company documents, certificates, or approvals needed for operational, regulatory, or banking purposes.
- Support internal projects, audits, or restructuring activities from a corporate documentation perspective.
- Perform other administrative and legal support tasks as required.
Who we’re looking for
- University degree
- 2 - 4 years of experience in a similar corporate administration, legal assistant, or paralegal role.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with corporate governance and company law principles, preferably in a multi-jurisdictional environment.
