As Partnership Monitoring Compliance Specialist you will be responsible for the marketing compliance of Affiliates and Introducing Brokers (IBs) advertising activities. Your primary goal will be to ensure affiliates/IBs are following partnership advertising guidelines and using fair methods for bringing clients to Exness.
What you'll actually do
- Continuously review affiliate and Introducing Broker (IB) advertising materials and activities with high accuracy to ensure compliance with internal partner advertising guidelines.
- Provide structured feedback through established review processes, highlighting areas partners must address to remain compliant.
- Advise partners on alternative, compliant advertising methods.
- Hold regular meetings with the vendor, providing constructive feedback on UI and tool enhancements.
- Conduct regular Q&A sessions on violation rules and communicate improvement requirements.
- Track false positive and false negative rates, ensuring continuous improvement of these KPIs.
- Audit the existing partnership marketing monitoring process to identify weaknesses, gaps, or risks, and recommend or coordinate corrective actions. Align process enhancements with teammates.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Legal, Compliance, Trading Anti-Fraud, Sales Ops) to implement process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce workload.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding partnership marketing compliance, offering clear guidance and practical advice on policies and processes.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation on processes and violations, and communicate any updates to relevant teams.
Who we’re looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience within the CFDs industry (e.g., Marketing Compliance, CS Q&A, or similar roles within the industry).
- Holder of a university degree
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written; additional languages are a plus.
- Understanding of the CFDs industry.
- Understanding of IB/Affiliate marketing.
- Understanding of marketing principles.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
