Why this role matters

As a TQA Program Specialist, you are expected to implement operational support strategies in aid of our KM management teams; pivotal to coordinating team members to manage content effectively. The Coordinator is expected to follow a communication strategy that ensures an efficient flow of information between the knowledge management team and stakeholders, as well as efficient content utilization and UAT initiatives supporting company goals and workforce capabilities. Additional responsibilities apply based on the Coordinator's focus on external or internal knowledge management.

The role is based in our office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In case of relocation, we offer full relocation support for you and your family to make your move smooth and worry-free.

What you'll actually do

  • Oversee and administer all facets of the day-to-day operations of the various programs and activities.
  • Compile reports about the performance of knowledge management processes (continuous learning, assessments, knowledge updates handling, etc), as well as about knowledge management materials (internal and external knowledge bases, chatbot-related activities, etc.)
  • Analyze compiled reports, identify improvement opportunities, and initiate and lead process changes.
  • Administrate the full cycle of internal testing of products (UAT): from request intake to providing the end-testing report to the product owner.
  • Work on automation of standard internal procedures with the help of technical tools, both existing in the company and new, that can be found in the market.
  • Organize and lead cross-departmental communication flows with key stakeholders to support and optimize the knowledge management process.
  • Assist with updating knowledge management knowledge bases in both internal KB and Help Center.
  • Assist in consulting customer-facing employees about product features and knowledge base content in dedicated Slack channels and during live events (seminars, demos)
  • Assist in managing and realizing KM projects related to knowledge management responsibilities
  • Manage assigned KM activities (UAT Day, etc)

Who we’re looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • Ability to determine informational needs, collect and analyze information, and devise and develop statistical analyses and report.
  • Excellent time management ability, collborative and attentiveness to details.
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines, and patience
  • Ability to take ad-hoc tasks and quickly switch between activities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals
