Why this role matters

We are currently looking for an experienced Business System Analyst with a strong technical background for our Partnership Platform team. 
As a Business System Analyst you will be involved in collecting requirements from a variety of sources and preparing specifications. Together with solution architects, you will also participate in solution and system design phases. You will also perform risk analysis, causes of errors and be involved in system analysis and integrations on various products and projects.

The role is based in our office in Limassol, Cyprus. In case of relocation, we offer full relocation support for you and your family to make your move smooth and worry-free.

What you'll actually do

  • Proposes and promotes best practices and templates for requirements and process analysis within the department
  • Leads complex initiatives involving multiple teams; ensures consistency and alignment across solution
  • Applies deep domain knowledge to identify gaps, assess risks, and shape solution approaches at the tribe level
  • Facilitates cross-team and external stakeholder alignment on priorities, trade-offs, and risks
  • Owns stakeholder communication in cross-functional projects; provides consistent updates and manages expectations
  • Oversees requirements strategy across initiatives; drives consistency in delivery approach across teams
  • Proactively participate in solution design for complex or large initiatives, proposing technology options and approaches that best meet business needs
  • Translates high-level analytical findings into strategic recommendations; influences decision-making across functions
  • Provides guidance to senior and middle BSAs on data interpretation; helps translate analytical results into actionable insights
  • Coordinates cross-team projects and initiatives; aligns priorities, timelines, and dependencies across multiple teams
  • Drives resolution of complex delivery challenges spanning multiple teams
  • Provides guidance and oversight to other BSAs within the project group, reviews the quality of their work, and manages task distribution to ensure smooth and balanced delivery
  • Establishes and continuously improves standards, best practices, and quality expectations for all BSA responsibilities across the team and tribe department
  • Participates in the hiring process by attending technical interviews and providing structured feedback on BSA candidates

Who we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in software development as a System or Technical Business Analyst
  • Strong knowledge of requirements management and its modern techniques
  • Understanding of non-functional requirements and their role in software development processes
  • Excellent understanding of integration processes and the ability to design integration schemas involving multiple systems with different types of integration mechanisms
  • Hands-on experience in designing solutions from scratch
  • Excellent knowledge in business processes and notations such as BPMN and UML
  • Excellent  knowledge of Web Services and REST API, HTTP, microservices architecture
  • Excellent knowledge of SQL and databases
  • Understanding of basic concepts of UI/UX
  • Knowledge of the fundamentals of the theory of algorithms, database theory, systems theory, system analysis information security
  • Working knowledge of Python, Java, Golang, JavaScript, C#, and C++ for  analysis purposes
  • English level B2+
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while aligning with team goals
