Why this role matters
The role is based in our Limassol office, Cyprus. The Balance Management Specialist role focuses on managing payment service provider (PSP) balances and ensuring effective settlement operations for Exness. It involves daily monitoring, vendor liaison, and optimizing costs through favorable exchange rates and efficient settlement processes. The main goal is to safeguard financial operations, minimize risks, and ensure cost-effective fund management.
What you'll actually do
Who we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience working within online-focused companies, ideally in forex, payments, or gambling industries
- Experience working with online payment solutions in an international environment
- Experience managing third-party relationships
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent analytical skills
- Proficiency in settlement operations and financial risk management
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work independently and manage own workload
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Motivated team player with a collaborative mindset
