Banking Officer

Your role at Exness:

We are looking for a Banking Officer to join our team and and support the day-to-day operations of our global banking network. In this role, you’ll help manage banking relationships, handle key administrative tasks, and ensure smooth banking processes.

If you are not already located in Cyprus, relocation to Cyprus is a requirement for this role.

You will:

• Providing operational and administrative support for Exness network of banking relationships globally
• Completing banking forms and account opening applications, collecting and submitting necessary documentation as per the banks’ requirements
• Assistance with bank forms execution, including collection of signatures, certification, and courier shipment
• Internal databases maintenance
• Conducting regular account reviews, keeping banks updated on the corporate structure
• Documentation filing
• Preparation/uploading of reports, presentations building
• Interaction with banks on various issues related to the scope of banking services including cash management, payments, bank cards issuing, online banking etc.

What makes you a great fit:

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in a similar position preferably in E-commerce companies or commercial banks; 
• Experience in international  bank accounts opening is a must;
• Experience in bank payments processing is considered an advantage;
• Good understanding of bank products and services, good knowledge of KYC, AML/CFT requirements;
• Understanding of  CFD/FX industry specifics;
• Fluent English language;
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage own workload;
• Proven ability to develop strong working relationships and establish a high level of credibility across functional lines of business and organizational levels
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Banking /Finance/BA/Law preferred;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
