Digital Assets Operations Analyst

Your role at Exness:
We are currently looking for a Digital Assets Operations Analyst to join our Finance department.
As a Digital Assets Operations Analyst, you will own all necessary processes related to the digital assets business, including reconciliation, risk analysis, aggregation, and orchestration of digital flows, as well as performance accounting and reporting for the regulated entities.
You will:
- Assist in managing operational wallets (setting up wallets, maintaining access logs).
- Monitor balances, initiate test transactions, or follow internal controls for secure handling.
- Follow checklists and procedures for secure transaction approvals.
- Assist in enforcing dual-authorization or other risk mitigation processes.
- Participate in periodic audits or internal reviews.
- Track and record digital asset transactions (crypto transfers, trades, staking rewards).
- Assist with reconciling blockchain activity with internal records and accounting software.
- Flag and investigate discrepancies in transaction data
- Understand corporate accounting and communicate with teams on financial reporting
- Compile reports on asset balances, price fluctuations, and trading volumes.
- Support in preparing performance dashboards or financial summaries.
- Help analyze historical performance trends or market data
- Help collect KYC/AML documentation for counterparties or custodians.
- Support in maintaining compliance logs and audit trails for crypto transactions.
- Document internal processes and update SOPs related to digital asset workflows.
- Stay up to date with basic crypto market developments (e.g., BTC/ETH price trends, regulatory updates).
- Summarize news or relevant updates for senior finance or treasury teams.
- Research crypto tools (wallet providers, accounting tools, DeFi platforms) for internal use.
What makes you a great fit:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Familiarity with cryptocurrencies and blockchain basics.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; basic data tools (e.g., Power BI, Notion, SQL) are a plus.
- Interest in digital finance, DeFi, or crypto trading platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow compliance and security procedures.
- Deep analytical capabilities, with advanced Excel and Accounting software expertise (Odoo)
- Demonstrated ability to partner collaboratively across multiple teams
- High integrity, solid work ethic and exceptionally detail-oriented
- Inquisitive mindset with a willingness to independently seek out knowledge, ask relevant questions and clearly formulate and articulate opinions.
- Proven ability to perform independently with minimal supervision.
