Your role at Exness:

The People Operations Officer is responsible for delivering end-to-end HR operational support across the employee lifecycle, with emphasis on benefits administration, documentation management, and HR data accuracy. The role also contributes to HR projects and process improvement initiatives as part of ongoing efforts to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.

You will:

  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and enhance HR processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute strategies for continuous process improvement. Participate in HR projects and initiatives, contributing to their successful execution.
  • Administer and process employee benefits and claims through internal systems, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely delivery.
  • Support HR data and benefits analysis to identify trends, monitor costs, and drive enhancements.
  • Assist with monthly HR audits, ensuring all employee records and documentation are accurate and up to date.
  • Provide high-quality operational support in areas including onboarding, offboarding, internal mobility, disciplinary procedures, HR systems, reporting, documentation, and policy adherence.
  • Maintain and update HR systems to ensure data integrity and system functionality.
  • Safeguard employee records and uphold confidentiality and data security standards.
  • Handle vendor payments, invoice management, and related financial reconciliation.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related topics.

What makes you a great fit:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of HR experience, ideally in a fintech or fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems and processes.
  • Good communication skills in English, with a strong service mindset.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-moving setting.
  • Comfortable working both independently and with a team.
  • Basic understanding of HR practices and Malaysian labor laws.
    Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure.
