Your role at Xevera:

The People Partner will collaborate with the HRBP on aligning business objectives & delivering People related processes in the designated business functions. This role is ideal for someone early in their HRBP journey, who is looking to grow through exposure, guided ownership, and meaningful collaboration. The People Partner is not expected to operate independently in complex or strategic matters yet, but should show readiness to develop into that direction.

You will:

  • Work with the assigned business units to establish effective partnering and ensure open and continuous dialogue that promotes understanding of their business needs and priorities
  • Work on the delivery of all annual and ad hoc People processes, including recruitment and onboarding, compensation & benefits related activities,  Performance management, Talent Development, L&D  and offboarding. 
  • Get involved in resolving Employee Relations cases within the designated business function
  • Support complex and challenging HR Projects cross-functionally ensuring that all key milestones are met
  • Being actively involved in the Job evaluation project, including career paths, skill matrices, and alignment across teams
  • Supporting team leads with people-related guidance on day-to-day matters, in close coordination with the HRBP
  • Contributing to HR initiatives relevant to the business function, while aligning with the HRBP and global HR team
  • Establish and maintain a varied network of stakeholders in order to influence change and creating relationships across various teams and divisions
  • Continuously support employee engagement and promote the company culture and ways of working

What makes you a great fit:

  • 3 years of experience in an HR related function
  • Experience in working in FinTech or Software development industries will be consider as advantage
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent will be considered a plus 
  • Strong business acumen mind set 
  • Demonstrates creative thinking and has experience of implementing appropriate and value add HR solutions
  • Some experience in managing and leading HR initiatives including change projects 
  • Ability to work well at pace and under pressure and to thrive on challenge responsibility
  • Ability to work independently on defined tasks, while seeking guidance for complex matters
  • Excellent communication, influencing skills.
  • Ability to challenge constructively and manage and resolve conflicting priorities and stakeholder concerns whilst building and maintaining relationships.
  • Be a team player with the ability to motivate and work alongside others and share best practice.
