Direct Marketing Acting Team Lead

Your role at Exness:

You will lead a team of direct marketing specialists to plan and execute data-driven CRM campaigns across multiple channels, focusing on personalization and conversion. You will drive strategic initiatives, optimize performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to boost customer engagement and value.

You will:

  • Lead and mentor a team of direct marketing specialists in executing direct marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee the copy and design process and provide necessary input for direct marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies by leveraging analytics, segmentation, and personalized messaging to maximize engagement and conversion rates from CRM Marketing channels.
  • Take ownership of key marketing campaigns (e.g. weekly, monthly, market events, insights) with the goal of optimizing performance and driving increased conversion to deposit and client value.
  • In collaboration with the Campaign Management team, own ideation and execution of global campaigns run through CRM Marketing channels.
  • Support CRM, email marketing, and automation workflows to improve customer retention and lifetime value.
  • Optimize user journeys using personalization, resulting in uplift in conversion rates.
  • Work with stakeholders from within CRM Marketing and other Marketing teams to define and understand requirements for DM tasks;
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools such as Tableau, Google Analytics  to inform strategic decisions.
  • Set and monitor core KPIs,, conduct daily performance reviews, and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with data & analytics teams to ensure accurate data collection, tracking and transparent reporting.
  • Improve campaign performance through A/B testing, set right hypotheses and verify hypotheses based on experiment results;
  • Understand our CRM Marketing landscape and help to find potential for improvement in terms of automated journeys and channels;

What makes you a great fit:

  • Previous experience in the Trading/iGaming/Betting/Gambling industry 
  • 5+ years in working in direct marketing field managing outbound communications with recent experience as senior specialist or team lead
  • Hands-on experience with activation platforms and engagement tools, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud (preferable), Braze, Iterable, Hubspot
  • Previous experience with launching omni-channel communication and deep understanding of various channels: email, push, sms, in  product notifications
  • Experience with journey automation
  • Proficiency in using reporting tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI
  • Leadership experience and prioritization skills
  • Ability to manage more complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Basic SQL skills preferable
