Fleet Administrator

Your role at Exness:
We are currently looking for an experienced Fleet Administrator (Greek Speaker) to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring our company's fleet of vehicles are well-maintained, safe, and operating efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fleet management best practices, excellent administrative skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
You will:
- Schedule and oversee routine maintenance and repairs of company vehicles.
- Ensure vehicles comply with all safety and environmental regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities of vehicle’s service inspections.
- Utilize GPS to monitor drivers' speeding and track vehicles in case of theft or any other similar needs
- Effectively manage the company's fleet management system platform, ensuring data accuracy and system functionality.
- Prepare reports detailing the fleet and drivers, including warnings as per the policy
- Follow the company car policy and driver’s handbook
- Train new employees-drivers and handover cars accordingly
- Evaluate and cost estimate the cars that are to be returned by leaving employees according to the car policy
- Follow all vehicle regulations and laws
- Assist drivers in case of accidents, car breakdowns, etc. at all times
- Schedule car internal inspections as per the car policy
- Develop and maintain outside vendor and service provider relationships for better car service
- Find service providers, compare costs and reliability, including insurance and identify cost savings opportunities
- Address safety concerns promptly
- Maintain driver records and ensure they meet all licensing and safety requirements
- Guide the drivers and ensure compliance with car policy and traffic regulations
- Schedule annual polish of the cars or any other type of service
What makes you a great fit:
- 3+ years of experience in business connected with fleet management
- Experience working with fleet management systems
- Availability to answer phone calls/text messages during weekends/out of working hours
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of relevant local laws and regulations
- Responsibility, reliability, stress resistance and readiness to react fast in difficult situations
- Good communicative skills
- Fluency in English and Greek
