Marketing Manager (Greek Speaker)

Your role at Exness:
In this role, you will attract and interact with targeted communities and network users to achieve superior customer engagement, and encourage website traffic and revenue by strategically deploying every aspect of the social media marketing road-map. Social Media Managers should have a solid understanding of how each Social Media channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels.
You will:
Social Media Management
- Develop and execute content strategies for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Create compelling posts, videos, and ad campaigns to showcase properties, projects, and company culture.
- Manage community engagement by responding to inquiries and building strong relationships with followers.
- Plan and optimize paid social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Track key performance metrics and refine strategies based on data insights.
- Collaborate with local influencers to expand brand reach and credibility.
- Ensure brand consistency and reputation management across all digital platforms.
Public Relations (PR) Activities
- Develop and manage the company's brand identity and reputation among key stakeholders, including media, government bodies, local communities, and B2B clients.
- Write and distribute press releases, articles, and interviews to reinforce brand positioning.
- Build relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers to enhance media presence.
- Identify and secure opportunities for participation in real estate events, trade shows, and industry conferences.
- Manage applications for industry awards and certifications to strengthen credibility and market positioning.
What makes you a great fit:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related field.
- 3+ years experience in a similar role, either in-house or agency side (ideally within the fintech or brokerage industry).
- Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Telegram, YouTube, LinkedIn).
- Deep understanding how Social Media works from ideation to execution.
- Solid experience working with external parties; agency, influencers, content creators, forum/community websites or social media accounts.
- Strong analytical skills, understanding of social media metrics and a methodical way to increase the effectiveness of social media campaigns (know how to use social media analytics & listening tools).
- Attention to detail, copywriting skills and experience with content creation.
- Native Greek and excellent verbal, written, presentation and communication skills.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
