Senior Finance Business Partner

Your role at Exness:
As a Finance Business Partner specializing in Automation and Cost Control, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organization's financial efficiency and strategic decision-making. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving automation initiatives, implementing effective cost control strategies, and delivering insightful financial analysis to support our business objectives.
You will:
- Develop and maintain financial models to support planning and forecasting
- Collaborate with Divisions and executive leadership to develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement
- Provide analytical support for ad hoc financial analysis projects as needed
- Prepare and distribute financial reports to executive leadership, including monthly financial statements, variance analysis, and performance summaries
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of risk
- Communicate financial results and analysis to key stakeholders, including business units and executive leadership
- Develop and maintain a suite of financial dashboards and reports to support decision-making
- Continuously evaluate financial planning and analysis processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation
- Develop and implement new processes and procedures to streamline financial planning and analysis activities
- Partner with the Technology - Internal Product team to identify and implement new financial planning and analysis tools and software
- Define project scope and objectives in collaboration with Divisions and executive leadership
- Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, deliverables, and milestones
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, and escalate as needed
- Provide project updates and status reports to key stakeholders, including Divisions and executive leadership
What we expect from you:
- Proven work experience (3 to 5 years) a FP&A manager/analyst or Finance business partner in an international organization;
- Knowledge of MS Excel/G Sheets (specifically, advanced formulas, pivot tables and charts);
- Hands-on experience with BI tools or EPM;
- Familiarity with forecasting methods and data analysis;
- Excellent numeracy skills with an attention to detail;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Ability to explain budgeting and financial information in plain terms;
- Knowledge of accounting best practices and regulations;
- ACCA/CIMA/CFA certified or in-progress;
- BSc/MSc degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field;
- Comfortable working in a high pressure environment and working under strict deadlines;
- Fluent in English language is a must;
- Previous experience in the Fintech industry will be considered an advantage but not essential.
