PR Manager (LATAM)

Your role at Exness:

At Exness, you would manage PR initiatives by researching media partners, building relationships with LATAM journalists, and producing press materials. You'd collaborate with marketing teams on integrated campaigns, track PR performance, and handle administrative tasks like invoices and proposals.

You will:

  • Conducting research on potential media partners and exploring new opportunities for collaboration
  • Producing frequent competitor analysis reports in terms of public relations activity
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists and media outlets in LATAM
  • Respond to media inquiries and prepare press materials
  • Draft press releases, speeches, articles, and corporate messaging
  • Collaborate with regional marketing managers on integrated campaigns
  • Creating pre-campaign activation plans and post-campaign reports, presenting opportunities and results, respectively
  • Track PR campaigns performance and present reports accordingly.
  • Managing PR Jira board for the team, coordinating tasks, stakeholder approvals, translations, etc.
  • Handling administrative tasks, including invoices, legal agreements, drafting of proposals and business cases, etc.
  • Regularly updating the PR calendar and website Media Room with monthly activities
  • In collaboration with the design team, creating and maintaining a media library with visuals for various PR campaigns
  • Publishing daily articles on various trading websites

What makes you a great fit:

  • 3 or more years of experience within the CFDs industry working in a similar role 
  • Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication, business acumen, and organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Verbal and written fluency in English and Spanish, with any additional language considered a plus
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
