Business Content Creator

Your role at Exness:

As a Business Content Creator in the Internal Communications team, you will be responsible for creating regular content in a variety of formats, fostering a deeper understanding of the company's strategic priorities and plans.

In this role, you’ll act as an in-house reporter—digging up stories, conducting interviews, and finding unique angles to bring our business to life in ways that are both informative and engaging.

You will:

• Research and produce regular articles, videos, interviews, and podcasts on a variety of business topics to support internal communications.
• Work with the team to brainstorm and launch new content formats or series.
• Build a network of internal contacts to source stories, identify trends, and create compelling narratives.
• Develop content that is clear and accessible to all employees, regardless of their familiarity with the topic.
• Ensure content aligns with internal TOV, company messaging and strategic priorities.

What makes you a great fit:

• Proven experience as a journalist or content creator, ideally with a focus on business reporting.
• Strong investigative and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with employees at all levels of the business.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills.
• Advanced level of English.
• Experience producing multimedia content (videos, podcasts, shorts) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
