Finance Officer
Cyprus
Your role at Exness:
One of the Exness main booming functions is Finance. We’re on a mission in finding the best talent out there and adding a talented Finance Executive. The successful candidate will report to the Finance Team Lead in our Limassol office in Cyprus.
You will:
- Work with the Finance Team to assist with all aspects of the P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
- Processing, reviewing, and posting invoices in the accounting system
- Assisting with the production of Monthly Management and Statutory Accounts, Departmental Cost Reporting and Annual Financial Statements
- Review Purchase orders (POs) to ensure alignment with contract terms, pricing, and conditions, identifying any discrepancies and coordinating with Procurement and business teams for resolution.
- Assess the impact of any modifications to initial POs on the subsequent financial processes, including accruals and invoice approvals, ensuring accurate financial data flow.
- Data Reconciliation across all inputs together with control and adjustment of all ledgers within accounting system
- Ensuring Financial Procedures and processes are accurate and up to date
- Liaising with External Auditors both locally and internationally where required
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
What makes you a great fit:
- 3-4 years previous working experience in Accounting Department
- Holder of Bachelor Degree in Accounting Field
- ACCA/ACA in progress will be considered as an advantage
- IFRS knowledge
- Knowledge of Caseware is considered as an advantage
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
- Fluent English (verbal and written)
- Self-starter & Hands-on mentality
- Analytical skills, basic finance skills
- Ability to follow deadlines
- A proven ability to manage and complete multiple tasks
- Ability to build/maintain internal and external relationships
- Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including written and verbal communication skills
