Business System Analyst (Marketing)

Your role at Exness:
We are currently looking for Senior Business System Analysts to join our CRM Marketing Department.
As a Business System Analyst, you will be involved in defining business needs and solution design. You will work in a team focused on improving CRM marketing department efficiency. You will be joining a friendly team with strong collaborative spirit, working on projects that have impact on key company business metrics. You will be part of a dynamic environment with robust projects pipelines.
If you are not already located in Cyprus, relocation to Cyprus is a requirement for this role.
You will:
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather business requirements
- Prepare specifications functional and non-functional requirements, including integration flows, data models, BPMN diagrams, architecture schemas, sequence diagrams, activity diagrams, etc
- Create high-level and detailed solution designs
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams
- Present solutions to stakeholders
- Manage stakeholder expectations and conflicts
- Facilitate grooming / refinement sessions
- Design, discuss and agree integrations points with other development teams
What makes you a great fit:
- 5+ years of experience as a System or Technical Business Analyst in software development
- Strong knowledge of modern requirements management techniques (Use Cases, User Stories)
- Deep understanding of non-functional requirements and their role in software development
- Expertise in designing multi-system integration schemas using various mechanisms (including Kafka)
- Proficiency in business process modeling and notations (BPMN and UML)
- Strong knowledge of Web Services, REST API, HTTP, microservices architecture, Data integrations, Event-driven architecture
- Database expertise with strong SQL skills for independent data analysis
- Understanding of UI/UX fundamentals
- Experience with Scrum Framework / Agile Methodology
- Knowledge of fundamental theories: algorithms, databases, systems, system analysis, and information security
- Understanding of Core Infrastructure Services (networking, data centers, virtualization, databases, and operating systems)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong teamwork abilities and deadline management skills
- Agile mindset
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other Marketing automation tools will be considered an advantage
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) will be considered an advantage
- Knowledge of programming languages (Python, Java, JavaScript, Go) will be considered an advantage
- Advanced or fluent level of English.
