Affiliate Manager

Your role at Exness:
Exness Affiliate team is growing and now looking for a high-qualified Affiliate Manager who will have a good experience working with CIS market.
You will:
- Searching, attracting and onboarding new affiliates for CPA and Flat fee models for all GEOs available in the affiliate program (115+);
- Coordination terms & conditions, contracting;
- Taking part in optimization with current campaigns;
- Coordinating payouts for/with accounted affiliates;
- Fraud monitoring;
- Handling inquiries from affiliate partners and offering them assistance.
- Taking new projects for improving affiliate program as a product as an optional initiative;
- Participating in internal/international affiliate events remotely and offline (meet-ups, conferences, business trips);
What makes you a great fit:
- Strong experience in affiliate marketing 3+ years;
- High communication and sales skills;
- FX/Crypto or other financial vertical experience would be a competitive advantage;
- An ability to find and establish strong relationships with local affiliates, affiliate networks, agencies;
- A pool of trusted affiliates or networks in SEA, LATAM, MENA and Africa regions is considered as a strong advantage;
