Fullstack Software Engineer (Client Interaction Platforms)

Your role at Exness:

We’re looking for a self-driven, detail-oriented fullstack developer who can work well both independently and as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. Our domain is user centered around customer support, and entails working with customer support to develop a delightful user experience. This includes working on our chatbot project, on our fully customizable help center, building out the architecture of our systems responsible for a good customer support agent experience. 

The location of this position will be on-site (hybrid approach) at our headquarters in Cyprus.

You will:

• Create and deliver core features of our product on a weekly basis
• Write testable, documented code that is highly maintainable
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to improve usability of our products
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and frameworks
• Contribute to improving our working methods and processes as the team grows

What makes you a great fit:

• 3+ years of experience in both front-end and back-end development
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or container orchestration tools
• Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React ecosystem
• Expertise in designing scalable application architectures and applying design patterns
• Solid experience working in CI/CD environments and incorporating testing best practices
• Strong understanding of building efficient and flexible user interfaces
• Experience with backend development using Golang (having also Python familiarity is a plus)
• Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices
• Comfortable working with complex business logic and optimizing data-intensive applications
• Team player with excellent problem-solving skills
• Able to take ownership of tasks and deliver results independently, even with minimal direction or unclear requirements.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English for business communication

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Linux environments
• Knowledge of additional databases like MongoDB or Clickhouse
• Experience with gRPC or other high-performance communication protocols
