Frontend Software Engineer (Client Interaction Platforms)

Your role at Exness:

We’re looking for a self-driven, detail-oriented frontend developer who can work well both independently and as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. Our domain is user centered around customer support, and entails working with customer support to develop a delightful user experience. This includes working on our chatbot project, on our fully customizable help center, building out the architecture of our systems responsible for a good customer support agent experience. You will have the opportunity to research and innovate new ideas in software engineering and high-performance computing.

The location of this position will be on-site (hybrid approach) at our headquarters in Cyprus.

You will:

• Create and deliver core features of our product on a weekly basis
• Write testable, documented code that is highly maintainable
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to improve usability of our products
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and frameworks
• Contribute to improving our working methods and processes as the team grows

What makes you a great fit:

• Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• The skills of building a SPA on React Redux
• At least some experience with TypeScript
• Experience with CSS, including CSS preprocessors
• Experience with webpack, yarn, npm, etc.
• Experience working in CI/CD environments and utilizing testing
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)
• An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Able to take ownership of tasks and deliver results independently, even with minimal direction or unclear requirements.
• English language at intermediate level and above

Nice to have:

• Experience with backend development work is considered a bonus (Python, Django, Nodejs, Go)
• Practice with isomorphic applications (server-side rendering)
• Experience with analytics/product tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude, Google Tag Manager, Google Optimize (A/B tests)
• Skills to improve performance: Lighthouse, webpagetest, gtmetrix
• Experience with redux-saga and Ramda
