Business Analyst

Your role at Exness:

The purpose of the role is to create business processes for trading risk protection team, and ensure we have clear procedures and guides to the respective stakeholders.Your responsibilities will encompass gathering and analyzing data to determine changes that should be made to meet business goals, and ensuring the successful implementation of operational protections within agreed timelines. Effective business processes management and exceptional communication skills will be vital in building and maintaining professional relationships across the organization to facilitate seamless solution delivery.

You will:

1. Understand our business strategies, goals, and requirements to create effective procedures for our trading risk protection team.
2. Identify and prioritize the team's functional, technical needs and requirements, by effective communication with the stakeholders, and having regular review and feedback of their existent processes' outcomes.
3. Increase the team’s efficiency and strengthen its business processes, by updating the procedures according to the dynamic changes of our business’s needs. 
4. Support implementation of new processes and timely delivery to the respective teams. 
5. Document comprehensive processes from initiation to implementation for all levels of stakeholders, and ensure updated documentation.
6. Compile charts, tables, presentations, and other elements of data visualization.
7. Analyze data by using Excel and SQL to help in beneficial changes.  
8. KPI management improvement and devising solutions that align with our business objectives,

Occasionally, you might be assigned to the following duties for training purposes:

1. Processing different types of alerts we use to have secured trading activities;
2. Monitoring clients trading activities to recognize irregular client activity patterns and abnormal behavior;
3. Reviewing suspicious cases to conduct internal investigations for these activities;

What makes you a great fit:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related fields (Business management, project management, strategic management or others);​​
• Proven minimum 2 years of working experience in corporate business management;
• Previous experience in the fintech industry will be considered as an advantage;
• Strong analytical skills/data analysis skills (SQL will be an advantage);
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills;
• Strong organizational abilities;
• Resilience to work across a number of projects and balance a workload;
• Excellent in English (speaking and writing);
