MENA Regional Marketing manager (CY based)

Your role at Exness:
You will join our team of regional marketing managers at our offices in Cyprus. You will focus on driving the regional marketing strategy for our MENA region and design 360 campaign briefs to support strategic growth plans. You will work on strategic marketing project that drive commercial growth with professionals who support each other in delivering impactful results.
You will:
- Work closely with regional directors, team lead and HOD to develop go-to-market strategies for the region.
- Lead all MENA regional marketing plans, and align them with the rest of marketing stakeholders.
- Work with media agencies and/or directly with media suppliers (websites, radio, out of home) to book media placements for the region.
- Become a go-to person and reliable representation for marketing within regional and country specific forums and help build strong working relationships both within marketing and across the wider business.
- Own and complete clear event and campaign briefs to develop awareness and acquisition regional campaigns that are designed to reach country goals and achieve maximum portfolio exposure for our brand.
- Work closely with the marketing ops & planning department to effectively hand over the execution of the business brief, providing guidance where required.
- Request research and analysis of regional market trends and competitors, implement insights into campaign briefs.
- Work closely with the compliance department to identify new opportunities for the regional marketing activities, make sure all briefed campaigns and marketing content are compliant.
- Report on agreed KPIs and campaign performance on a weekly and monthly basis, draw insights and identify improvement opportunities. Contribute to post-campaign analysis.
- Monitor and be aware of regional marketing spend and ensure budgets are helping to deliver country objectives.
- Ensure delivery of tasks within agreed deadlines, that the quality of work delivered is of a high standard, and that any data is verified with relevant sources
What makes you a great fit:
- 5+ years experience as a regional marketing manager or in a similar marketing role, looking after the MENA region
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, finance, or another related field
- Experience working in Fintech or iGaming companies is an advantage
- Experience working with online and offline media channels in MENA (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Egypt etc.)
- Experience in creating detailed 360 campaign briefs
- Experience in buying online and offline media and managing media agency relationships
- Proven experience working with marketing tools and software
- Knowledge of best practices in digital marketing
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills, including attention to detail
- Problem-solving approach and experience working with stakeholders
- Ability to manage time and resources effectively
- Exceptional communication skills
- Native Arabic & fluent level of English are a must
