UI/UX Designer

Your role at Exness:
We are looking for the best UI/UX Designer to work with us in the Payments Department responsible for payment operations, KYC and back office support projects. These projects are highly sensitive and critical to the company’s success. As a result, you'll always find challenging and interesting tasks within the team.
You will:
- Create high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, storyboards, process flows, and prototypes that define interaction and interface for new and existing products and features for identified strategic workflows for web and mobile
- Collaborate with product management and business analysts to brainstorm new ideas, understand target goals
- Support projects from initial design to final production
- Communicate design ideas and problems clearly and confidently
- Understand the context and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with developers and engineers to handoff design mockups that ensure the fidelity of designs & product requirements to reach high-quality, delightful, and bug-free products
What makes you a great fit:
- 5 years of experience as a UI/UX designer, interaction designer, product designer or similar role
- Experience in creating complex, high-loaded multi-input systems (financial, banking, monitoring etc.)
- Advanced prototyping skills
- Experience in validating design solutions using qualitative and quantitative methods
- Deep knowledge of Apple’s human interface design guidelines, Android design and other mobile platform designs, including Google’s material design
- Excellent understanding of user-experience design for technology trends, and demonstrable design skills
- Excellent knowledge of Figma: experience in using components, automatic layouts, color and text styles, working with vectors, using plugins
- A team player who enjoys working within a dedicated team and can easily adapt in a rapidly changing environment
- A high level of responsibility, high requirements for the quality of our own work, the ability to estimate deadlines and follow them
- Advanced level of English
- Ability to show relevant work/projects: portfolio with real products and descriptions of tasks and design stages
