Quantitative Developer (Market Connectivity Team)

Your role at Exness:
We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Software Engineer to develop, maintain, and optimize our pricing system. In this role, you will work closely with quants and engineers to design and implement mathematical models, and build tools for backtesting and low-latency solutions.
You will:
- Build scalable, low-latency systems capable of processing intensive marketdata flow.
- Write clean, modular, and well-tested code. Perform code reviews and testing to ensure robustness and reliability in production environments.
- Build tools for monitoring the pricing system in real-time and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Develop backtesting frameworks to check and simulate models.
- Develop and enhance tools for quantitative modeling, data analysis, and algorithm optimization, empowering quants to conduct research efficiently.
- Convert quantitative models into efficient, production-grade algorithms that can be integrated into live.
What makes you a great fit:
- Proficient in languages like C++, Python, Rust, Go
- Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and their applications in trading systems and/or time-series analysis.
- Knowledge of financial markets.
- Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases for managing large datasets and time series data.
- Experience with data analysis libraries and tools (e.g., NumPy, Pandas).
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix environments, shell scripting.
- Experience in multithreaded application development for low-latency systems.
- Experience network programming (TCP/IP, Multicast, Websockets, REST API).
- Experience in all phases of the software development life cycle.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
Nice to have:
- Understanding of financial markets or experience of working in the field..
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, REST, AWS, SQL, Grafana
- Familiar with TICK (Telegraf, InfluxDB, Chronograf, Kapacitor) stack
- DevOps, CI/CD, GitLab, Terraform
