Finance Specialist

We are looking for a Danish speaking Finance Specialist to join our finance team in Copenhagen. You will be a part of the finance function across Intellishore and Solita, working closely with both local and group stakeholders. 

The finance team is split between different offices in Denmark but this role will be an integrated part of Intellishores office located near Svanemøllen Strand. 

 

Are you our new Finance Specialist?

As our new Financial Specialist, you will take on independent areas of responsibility and become a key member of our professional finance team. You will work hands-on with daily operations while also contributing to the development and automation of our financial processes. 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Daily finance operations, including incoming and outgoing payments
• Processing purchase invoices and travel expenses
• Payroll preparation and other HR-related finance tasks
• Reconciliations and statutory reporting
• Monthly and annual closing processes
• Financial support and sparring with management at Intellishore and Solita

In the first half of 2026, Intellishore Group A/S is expected to migrate to the Workday ERP system. You will play a central and visible role in this transformation, working closely with Group finance, leadership and other stakeholders. Automation is a high priority for us, and you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to optimizing and streamlining our internal processes.

What are we looking for in a Finance Specialist?

We imagine that you:

• Have +5 years of experience from a finance or accounting function
• Are comfortable working independently and take pride in delivering high-quality results
• Have solid experience with complex ERP systems – experience with Workday is a strong advantage, but experience with complex systems such as Business Central, SAP, or similar is also highly valued
• Are proficient in Excel and familiar with payroll
• Thrive in a dynamic environment where collaboration and ownership are key
• Hold a relevant educational background within finance, accounting, or economics
