Senior Consultant, Strategy & Transformation
We are looking for ambitious and passionate consultants with solid experience in project and change management within the field of AI, data & analytics. More specifically, we seek a Senior Consultant to join our fast-growing Copenhagen office.

We are looking for a passionate and curious candidate that wants to drive and execute projects within the field of AI, data & analytics. Our customer base is diverse, with a strong focus on the health industry. No project is the same, and the energy is high. You will have a dynamic work week where you will be responsible for driving projects, setting the agenda for our customers, and playing a pivotal role in executing project deliveries. We are a family of over 80 Intellishorians who typically work in teams and thrive on each other’s energy.
Development is at the core of Intellishore, and we have dedicated plans for each Intellishorian and internal academy sessions for upskilling and knowledge sharing. You will also get the opportunity to influence and drive the development of Intellishore to ensure we deliver value to our clients.

What are we looking for in a Senior Consultant?
We are looking for an experienced individual with the competencies and professional mindset to lead large strategic & technical projects. If you can nod your head at some or all of the following attributes, then you could be the person we are looking for:
- A proven track record for driving AI, data & analytics projects
- Natural flair for relation-building, stakeholder management, and communication
- Proven experience in strategic consulting and project management (Experience with agile and design thinking is a +)
- Is PowerPoint one of your best friends, and do you like hanging out on a regular – Then this is a job for you! We take great pride in our slides – and this is not just slides. But it is conveying complex things in structured ways and frameworks that have the customer at the center
- Energetic, outgoing, and ambitious personality with strong communication skills
And do not worry about whether you have too much or too little experience. We are always looking for curious and passionate people to join our family, and your title will be matched your level of seniority and expertise.
