As a Senior Engagement Manager you’ll get the opportunity to lead engagements with our partners who operate at the cutting edge of life sciences, serving as the primary contact throughout many projects. You will be partnering with internal teams such as engineering, data science and customer success, with a primary responsibility to deliver quality/timely data analytics deliverables.

• Expand your knowledge in the pharma ecosystem and contribute towards making drug development a faster and better process. 
• Be a thought-partner to Intelligencia’s customers and partners on how to best derive value from Intelligencia’s data and solutions. Build and provide insights and recommendations to customers based on business frameworks and analytical models designed to manage drug development portfolios and de risk decision making using data.
• Integrate several elements ranging from advanced analytics, product development, project management, data science teams to deliver insights to customers using Intelligencia data
• Collaborate with other team members, including product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Build processes with cross-functional teams for setting-up automated processes for various dashboards, segmentation and regression analyses, and developing business insight models using Intelligencia’s data to provide insights to customers. 
• Intersect data and analytics with a desire to help others become more successful, deliver solutions to drive business profitability and grow and foster deep, meaningful cross-functional partnerships. 
• Take an outside-in perspective by breaking down complex problems into smaller pieces,  defining useful requirements to drive value to customers, either internal or external.

What you’ll bring to the team

• MSc/PhD in a quantitative field (e.g., Biology, Statistics, Economics, Math, Sciences, Engineering)
• 6+ years of working experience, including 2+ years in Tier 1 or 2 Management Consulting
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry (R&D, portfolio, commercial)
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Strong customer facing experience
• Strong presentation skills
• Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and across teams
• Detail-oriented and highly developed organizational skills including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Experience helping teams win, defined by enhancing and ensuring the success of those around you
• Experience with handling International customers

What is nice to have 

• • Experience in high growth digital health startups, and innovation product, engineering and commercial team teams to drive product GTM and new market strategy
  • Experience working with Saas based products, Machine Learning Algorithms, Product Development teams
  • Degree in biology
