Role Overview
We are seeking for experienced internal managers to support an upcoming new store opening by serving as a part of the TRAINING TEAM.
This role is critical in ensuring that new team members are fully trained, confident, and aligned with company standards, culture, and operational excellence from day one.
The Trainer will temporarily relocate to the new region to train and support the store through the opening phase.
Key Responsibilities

Lead training for all new store hires prior to and during store opening

Deliver training on company policies, customer experience standards, product knowledge, and operational procedures

Coach and mentor new team members and supervisors to build capability and confidence

Ensure consistency with brand standards and operational expectations

Act as a culture ambassador, reinforcing company values in a new region
Qualifications & Experience
-
Till Captain/Shift Manager position and up

Strong knowledge of store operations and procedures

Proven ability to train, coach, and develop teams

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Willingness to temporarily work in a different region
