JOB SUMMARY
As a Training Manager in JOE & THE JUICE, you have the responsibility for developing and educating all in-store employees based on the internal training modules (E-CAMPUS) and Leadership Sessions. The training manager must be able to create and deliver engaging training to a diverse workforce with different learning needs. The Training Manager will assist in developing current and new training in collaboration with the Regional Training Manager.
The training manager's fundamental performance is measured by their ability to train top-performing leadership to operate our stores. The Training Manager is expected to gather training optics to improve all aspects of the circle of operational excellence. Additionally, they are tasked with communicating any inefficient procedures to ensure a constant development of our internal training quality and our external brand value. It is expected that these optics will be gathered and reported continuously to the Regional Training Manager.
The Training Manager will work on a BTC ratio on 80%, meaning they will work 80% behind the counter, ensuring high operational skills from our store's leadership, and 20% Admin to host training and leadership sessions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.
· Spend 80% of time scheduled in-store, working operational shifts as needed to support training and performance. While also helping identify which stores require additional training support.
· Assess causes of poor KPIs and identify whether issues stem from training gaps, operational execution, or individual performance.
· Ensure all training stores meet company and market standards, including environment, procedures, and training quality.
· Host leadership sessions, distribute training reports, and follow up with Store Managers to ensure accountability and progress.
· Work with the Regional training manager to audit market-wide training quality and implement corrective actions to maintain consistency and operational excellence.
· Collaborate closely with the Regional Training Manager to align on strategy, priorities, and training execution.
· Work with the Regional Training Manager to develop targeted training improvement plans for underperforming stores; partner with District Managers (DMs) and Store Training Managers (STMs) to identify gaps and implement solutions.
· Work hands-on with store employees, STMs, and DMs to support and elevate training performance across the market.
· Compensation depends on market and experience

Operational Requirements: Average wait time, all complaint regarding cleanliness, product quality and wait time
Employee Engagement: Retention of ASM and STM hires
Training Completion Training Completion is reaching the target set by the Regional Training Manager
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
· 1 year of experience in JOE operations
· Minimum Assistant Store Manager experience
· Comfortable adapting in fast-changing environments
· Strong communication and collaboration skills across functions and levels
· Comfortable with traveling and able to adapt to last minute situations based on the needs of the business
