What you will be doing

Are you a recent graduate looking to kick-start your career in tech, fintech, or product management? Do you want to learn fast, take ownership, and work in a high-growth environment? Insify is on a mission to disrupt the insurance industry, and we’re looking for ambitious, entrepreneurial talent to join our Insurance Product Management Traineeship.

During the traineeship, you’ll learn to:

  • Shape and execute our product roadmap, identifying ways to improve and expand our offerings.
  • Design and develop new insurance products, working on pricing, underwriting, and risk assessment.
  • Map and optimize the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Conduct market research and customer interviews, prioritizing features that solve key pain points.
  • Use data-driven insights to improve our products and business decisions.
  • Collaborate with insurance and reinsurance providers to bring new products to market.
  • Take ownership of projects from day one, working alongside experienced founders and product leaders.

What you’ll need

  • Recent graduates (or early-career professionals) with a degree in business, finance, economics, data science, or a related field.
  • A problem-solver who loves tackling complex challenges and turning them into simple, elegant solutions.
  • Analytical & data-driven mindset, with a passion for using insights to drive decisions.
  • Entrepreneurial & adaptable, excited about working in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch & English.
  • Eager to learn and grow quickly, taking on responsibility from day one.
  • Bonus points if you already have experience in the Insurance/Insurtech industry!

Your personal data will be retained by Controller as long as Controller determines it is necessary to evaluate your application for employment. Under the GDPR, you have the right to request access to your personal data, to request that your personal data be rectified or erased, and to request that processing of your personal data be restricted. You also have the right to data portability. In addition, you may lodge a complaint with an EU supervisory authority.
