Your Mission 🚀

As a Customer Support Expert, you'll be the voice of Insify, ensuring every customer gets a smooth, top-notch experience and appropriate advice on their insurance needs. 

What You’ll Do

✅ Assist customers via email, chat, and phone with clarity and empathy. You’ll go above and beyond to create “wow” moments for clients, tackling challenges with a solutions-first approach.
✅ Continuously improve the customer experience, collaborating across teams—your ideas will make a difference!
✅ Provide feedback to refine our products and processes, always keeping the customer at the centre.
✅ Grow and evolve with us

What You’ll Bring

✔ Fluency in French (written & spoken) — this is non-negotiable!
✔ Available full-time.
✔ Enthusiastic, motivated, and ready for challenges - you do not give up easily.
✔ Strong communicator with great attention to detail.
✔ Independent yet a team player—thriving in a small but dynamic team.

Bonus points if you:
🎯 Have experience in a regulated sector (insurance, banking, fintech) or customer support
