What you will be doing

We're looking for a highly motivated Data analyst who would work closely with Product and Insurance leaders to bring instant, tailored and affordable financial safety products to entrepreneurs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain interactive dashboards to drive data-informed decision making.
• Answer analytical questions and calculate KPI metrics to provide actionable insights.
• Create and maintain data marts to ensure business users have access to clean and structured data.
• Analyse A/B tests to enable product improvements.
• Analyse conversion, and churn and create predictive models to identify user patterns.

What you'll need

• Excellent SQL. You can calculate any metric in a readable and efficient way.
• Dashboarding tools. We use Databricks and QuickSight, but you can have another experience.
• Data modeling. You can create multipurpose data marts.
• DBT and Git. You know how to organize your code.
• Statistics. Vanilla ML models (regression, clustering). You draw the right conclusions from data.
• Curiosity and growth mindset. A passion for continuous learning and self-improvement. Eagerness to explore new ideas, experiment with innovative solutions, and seek feedback to drive personal growth.
• Collaboration. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
