We started our journey in the Netherlands and with our mission to make business insurance fast, simple and fair we have been able to have a significant impact on that market. Since last year we also serve customers in France and Germany, and are rapidly expanding across the rest of Europe!

What you will be doing
Are you passionate about uncovering top talent and shaping the future of a growing company? As a Junior Recruiter focusing on research and candidate relationships, you’ll be a key part of our People team, supporting hiring processes by identifying and engaging exceptional candidates for various roles across Insify.
Your expertise will be in researching talent pools, sourcing candidates, and ensuring we’re always a step ahead in identifying the best people to drive our mission forward.
- Research & Sourcing: Dive deep into European talent pools to identify potential candidates. Use creative sourcing strategies, tools, and platforms to uncover top talent.
- Candidate Mapping: Build pipelines of potential candidates for current and future roles, focusing on various positions.
- Talent Insights: Provide data-driven insights into talent trends and market dynamics to support hiring strategies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Recruiter, VP of People and hiring managers to refine search parameters and share regular updates on sourcing progress.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by managing outreach and providing timely communication.
- Technology Utilization: Master recruitment tools and platforms to enhance sourcing efficiency and maintain accurate candidate data.
What you'll need
Essential:
- Strong passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent research skills, with an ability to dive deep into talent markets to uncover hidden gems.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- A proactive mindset with a drive to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, making it easy to build relationships with candidates and team members.
- Native Dutch speaker
Bonus Points if:
- You have experience in tech recruitment or sourcing niche roles.
- You’ve worked in a start-up or high-growth environment.
- You are familiar with Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Experience with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
