We are a start-up offering an end-to-end digital insurance platform focusing solely on European entrepreneurs and SMEs. We offer the best insurance to our customers thanks to our focus on user experience, our leading underwriting services, and our expertise in data. In short, we’ve made getting insured quick, transparent and simple.

We know how to innovate - our team of seasoned entrepreneurs has built a host of successful businesses in fintech and e-commerce (HelloFresh, Bloomon and SumUp to name a few!).

We’ve already raised over €25M in funding from leading investors (Accel Ventures, Munich Re Ventures, Nico Rosberg, etc.), who love what we do and see the potential for a revolution in digital insurance.

We started our journey 4 years ago in the Netherlands and with our mission to make business insurance fast, simple and fair we have been able to have a significant impact on that market. Since last year we also serve customers in France and Germany, and are rapidly expanding across the rest of Europe!

What You’ll Be Up To:

  • Partner with our leadership team to drive growth initiatives for Operations.
  • Define a feedback loop between Operations and Product/ Engineering teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Work with our teams in three markets (Netherlands, Germany, France) on optimizing business outcomes and customer satisfaction for claim handling, sales and customer support. 
  • Partner with the data team to ensure the Operations team makes data-informed decisions leading to measurable outcomes for the business
  • Understand and optimize the end-to-end processes and systems to bring customer value to market

Your Profile:

  • This role is ideal if you are working as a Consultant, but you want to go beyond advice and make actual impact in a fast-growing environment
  • 3+ years experience supporting strategy, planning and program management in a start up/scale up company. Experience as Strategy consultant is a pre. 
  • Experience designing and running operational processes including planning (in revenue operations, business operations, product operations, or as a chief of staff)
  • Flexibility to work across disciplines in order to build trusted relationships within the company.
  • Ability to transform complex and/or ambitious ideas into a clear path to make it happen. 
  • Highly-proactive, extremely organized, self-starter capable of effectively managing several projects and overlapping timelines at the same time. 
  • A go-getter attitude; you’re willing to take a hands-on approach to get the job done with a bias for action
