The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Industry Director to lead enterprise client engagements and expand strategic accounts through high-impact delivery of data and AI solutions.

This role is responsible for ensuring clients achieve measurable business outcomes while also identifying opportunities to grow relationships and increase the scope of our work. You will oversee engagements from early solution shaping through delivery execution, ensuring our work delivers tangible value and positions Indicium AI as a long-term strategic partner.

As a senior leader, you will partner closely with Sales, Client Directors, and Delivery teams to define solution approaches, contribute to proposals, and help win new work within existing accounts. You will build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and use your understanding of their business challenges to identify opportunities where Indicium AI can deliver additional impact.

This role requires someone comfortable operating across both delivery leadership and commercial engagement. You should be confident advising clients, shaping solution direction, and supporting the growth of strategic accounts through credibility, insight, and consistent delivery excellence.

Success in this role means delivering meaningful client outcomes while strengthening long-term partnerships and contributing to the continued growth of Indicium AI.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery across strategic client engagements to ensure consistent business impact
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders including CIOs, CDOs, CTOs, and business leaders
• Ensure solutions align with client objectives and deliver measurable business outcomes
• Partner with Sales and Client teams to shape solution strategy for complex opportunities
• Support account growth by identifying opportunities to expand scope and deepen client relationships
• Guide Delivery Managers and Consultants to ensure high-quality execution across engagements
• Ensure teams follow best practices across data, analytics, and AI delivery
• Promote reuse of frameworks, accelerators, and proven delivery methodologies
• Ensure knowledge sharing across engagements to improve scalability and efficiency
• Monitor delivery health, identify risks early, and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure effective resource allocation across projects
• Lead client meetings and presentations to communicate progress, results, and impact
• Drive consistency in delivery approach across projects and teams
• Support development of consulting capabilities through coaching and mentoring
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Indicium AI’s consulting methodologies

Experience & Capabilities

• 7+ years of experience delivering consulting or professional services in data, analytics, or AI environments
• Experience leading complex enterprise engagements from strategy through implementation
• Strong ability to build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on business outcomes
• Experience working cross-functionally with technical and business teams
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving environments
• Experience working in any of Financial Services, Energy & Utilities or HCLS

Technical Domain & Understanding

• Understanding of modern AI/ML techniques
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Familiarity with modern data stack tools such as Databricks, dbt, Snowflake, or similar
• Understanding of Agile or structured delivery methodologies
