Indicium AI is trusted by the world's leading enterprises to deliver AI into production at scale. We are a global, AI-native consultancy with deep expertise across Financial Services, Energy & Utilities, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Retail & CPG, and Manufacturing - guiding organisations from strategy through build to measurable business outcomes.

With 600+ AI experts, 50+ enterprise clients, and five global locations, we work side-by-side with the world's leading AI partners - including Anthropic, Databricks, AWS, OpenAI, and Microsoft - to deliver modern AI with speed, clarity, and lasting impact.

Role Overview

Indicium AI is seeking a growth-oriented, commercially driven Client Partner (CP) to lead our expansion within the Financial Services vertical, specifically targeting the Insurance and Asset & Wealth Management sectors.

In this role, you will own the go-to-market strategy for your portfolio, credentialize Indicium AI’s cutting-edge Data and AI capabilities at the executive level, and aggressively drive a "land and expand" strategy.

You are a strategic relationship builder and a commercial engine, but you also serve as the ultimate programmatic leader for your accounts. While day-to-day project execution is delegated to Consulting Directors, you maintain a strategic ear to the ground, serving as the executive escalation point, ensuring overall delivery excellence, and protecting the long-term health and growth of the client partnership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial Account Growth: Drive the end-to-end "land and expand" lifecycle, actively building a book of business by opening new enterprise accounts and rapidly scaling existing relationships.

  • Programmatic & Delivery Oversight: Maintain ultimate executive accountability for the health, quality, and strategic direction of programs within your portfolio. Serve as the primary executive escalation point for client leadership when critical delivery or relationship challenges arise.

  • Executive Relationship Management: Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to senior Financial Services executives (C-suite, VPs, and Business Leaders), leveraging deep industry insight to uncover business pain points and position high-impact solutions.

  • Solution Shaping & Storytelling: Partner with the Sales team to credentialize Indicium AI. Orchestrate the high-level narrative—shaping deals, telling impactful stories about our AI/Data capabilities, and turning early executive conversations into concrete partner opportunities.

  • Alliance & Ecosystem Leveraging: Work closely with strategic alliance partners (such as Databricks, Snowflake, and Anthropic) to co-sell, identify failing competitor implementations, and position Indicium AI as the preferred recovery and scaling partner.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven Commercial Track Record: 8+ years of experience in a professional services or technology consulting environment, with a demonstrable history of building a substantial book of business and driving net-new revenue within enterprise accounts.

  • Deep Financial Services Expertise: Deep, authoritative domain knowledge in Insurance (e.g., actuarial, claims, risk) and/or Asset & Wealth Management. (General banking experience is a plus, but specialized expertise in Insurance/Wealth is highly preferred).

  • Advanced Tech Familiarity (Non-Technical Role): High-level fluency in positioning and selling data transformation, cloud data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake), and modern GenAI/LLM solutions. You do not need to write code, but you must be able to lead business-led AI strategy conversations.

  • Programmatic Delivery Acumen: Proven experience acting as an executive sponsor or escalation point for complex technical programs. Ability to recognize delivery risks early and steer teams toward successful client outcomes.

  • Elite Executive Presence: Superior communication, storytelling, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to confidently command a room of institutional financial leaders.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
