Main Purpose
The primary purpose of this position is to work primarily at a customer’s locations and to be responsible for all staffing-related functions required. Onsite Managers are assigned to accounts with a separate P&L statement from a hub. The onsite account may perform recruiting functions at the customer site or rely on support from a dedicated team working in a branch. This role may also be responsible for leading and managing a team directly. The scope of the position may vary depending on the customer and the size of the account.
This position is located in Nashville, TN and will require travel between several client sites within the Nashville area.
Qualifications & Skills
- Three years of previous work as an onsite supervisor for a staffing company
- Two years of experience supervising 150 employees or more in a metric-driven environment

- Build and maintain good relationships at all levels of the customer’s organization and deliver exceptional service by handling all customer service inquiries, concerns, and issues and ensuring consistent quality.
- Works with the customer’s team to coordinate and forecast staffing requirements.
- Developing and executing effective recruiting strategies that deliver the applicant flow and hiring results to meet and exceed fill rate and on-time fill rate goals.
- Facilitate new hire orientations and pre-training with temporary staffing employees for proper transition to the assignment.
- May lead and direct a dedicated recruiting team based on the size and model of the account.
- Manage and oversee daily timekeeping process and reconciliation of time to ensure payroll and invoice accuracy.
- Perform quality control functions to ensure the customer is satisfied across all levels of the organization.
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on key performance indicators and use the information to communicate with the customer and identify areas for improvement.
- Counsels temporary employees relative to attendance, productivity, and overall job performance
- Maintain compliance with operations, systems, and employee records. Ensure compliance with the contract between the customer and Indeed Flex for background checks, drug screening, billing, and any other terms outlined in the agreement.
- Ensure accurate and timely information about the account and assigned temporary employees are entered into the operating system. Maintain customer information relative to specific on-site accounts in the system.
- Perform quality evaluations on temporary employees.
- Participate in the customer’s safety program and verify that employees follow safety policies and PPE requirements. Accident review, investigations, and report of injury with the safety department as needed.
- Implement employee programs and activities to improve KPI performance, such as absenteeism and turnover.
- May manage Profit and Loss statement financial responsibilities.
- Assist in the coordination and selection of secondary vendors.
- Communicate regularly on account status.
- Manage all master vendor activities, including payroll, invoicing, and aging.
- Complete measurement and reporting every week, including analyzing key performance indicator measurements and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Complete and facilitate partnership review meetings with the customer and Indeed Flex team every quarter, ensuring quality and continuous improvement.
- Participate in the customer’s meetings as appropriate to stay informed of the operations.
- May manage, lead, and direct an on-site team depending on the size and scope of the account.
- Participate in team off-site recruiting activities.
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment or remotely. This role routinely uses standard office equipment to complete daily responsibilities and duties. If working in a remote office environment, a clean, designated workspace must be kept in a safe condition, free from hazards to both the employee and the equipment. Remote office positions also require reliable, high-speed internet.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
Full-Time Position. Hours are Monday - Friday, regular business hours. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel
This position requires travel between our four client sites in Nashville, TN.
All travel is subject to the Indeed Flex travel policy and will be recompensed per the policy. It is the responsibility of the employee to understand and abide by the Indeed Flex Travel Policy in order to receive appropriate expense reimbursements.
