Main Purpose
As a Content and Communications Manager-B2B, you will be responsible for shaping and executing strategies across research, insights, client communications, and content production. This role is key to engaging clients at various stages of their journey, ensuring alignment between marketing and client-facing teams to drive revenue growth, retention, and client satisfaction. You’ll also support the sales team by developing enablement content that drives lead generation and nurturing throughout the marketing funnel.

- Develop and implement B2B client communication strategies to support engagement, retention, and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales teams to produce sales enablement materials, such as case studies, whitepapers, and presentations, that drive lead generation and nurture prospects.
- Create research programs such as QBRs and gather client insights to inform communication strategies.
- Manage content production for B2B product marketing and campaign materials, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Track and analyze the performance of communication efforts to optimize client engagement.
- Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and content alignment.
- Drive content management processes to support sales and marketing initiatives, enhancing client lifecycle engagement.
- Utilize data and insights to shape communication strategies and improve client outcomes.
Requirements
- Strong writing and communication skills with experience in producing compelling B2B content.
- Proven experience in B2B communications or product marketing within fast-paced environments.
- Ability to leverage AI to enhance execution speed.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Braze) and marketing tools for tracking and optimizing campaigns.
- Experience developing sales enablement content to drive lead generation.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Data-driven, with an analytical mindset to inform strategies.
- Collaborative experience working across marketing, product, and sales teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B content or communications roles, with a focus on client engagement.
- Experience in managing the full lifecycle of client communications and supporting sales efforts.
