E-Commerce Sales Manager

Due to our growth ambitions, we seek a talented E-Commerce Sales Manager to join our Vilnius office.

As an E-commerce Sales Manager, you will identify, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships with platforms such as payment solution providers, specialized CRMs, software developers, ERP providers, and marketing channels that serve as hubs for multiple merchants. Your focus will be on building scalable, high-impact partnerships capable of generating a strong and consistent flow of leads, rather than onboarding individual e-shops.

You will also take full ownership of the post-gate channel, ensuring that once agreements are signed, integrations are successfully completed and partner merchants are effectively activated, engaged, and actively using Inbank solutions.

What will you be doing?

  • Searching for and engaging potential platforms (payment solution providers, e-commerce platforms, CRMs, ERP systems, software developers, and marketing channels) that act as hubs for multiple merchants.
  • Building a strong pipeline of large platforms and strategic partners and structuring scalable commercial agreements (e.g., referral fees, revenue share, lead generation models).
  • Supporting and coordinating integration processes with partners in collaboration with Product and Tech teams.
  • Analyzing merchant traffic and performance data to refine your sales tactics and prioritize the most profitable gates.
  • Managing an incoming flow of companies that want to work with Inbank — onboarding, activating, and growing these partners.
  • Taking care of existing Inbank partners and continuously expanding their performance.
  • Re-activating current partnerships with different e-commerce solutions and managing the partner portal.
  • Training, educating, and enabling partner employees to effectively use Inbank’s platform and systems.

Ideally, you would have:

  • 3–5 years of proven experience as a Partner Sales Manager, E-commerce or SaaS Sales Representative, or similar within B2B Sales.
  • Experience working with Payment Solution Providers (PSPs) or large e-commerce platforms would be a strong advantage.
  • Interest in understanding sales processes, partnership models, and e-commerce dynamics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Experience leading projects involving multiple teams or external partners (e.g. integrations)
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work with performance data.
  • Fluent written and spoken Lithuanian and English.
