Product Marketing Manager

Due to our growth ambitions, we’re looking for a talented Product Marketing Manager to join our team in Vilnius. In this role, you’ll help strengthen Inbank’s visibility and promote our Hire Purchase product through partner campaigns, PR, and sponsorship projects — ensuring our brand stands out and delivers results.

Daily, you’ll collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and external partners to execute impactful initiatives. If you’re a proactive communicator who’s passionate about marketing and ready for a new challenge, we’d love to meet you.

What will you be doing?

• Lead PR activities in collaboration with our PR agency — from crafting impactful press releases to securing high-quality media coverage and exploring new communication channels.
• Drive partner marketing initiatives end-to-end, planning and executing campaigns in close cooperation with internal teams and external partners.
• Organise and manage sponsorship projects to boost visibility and create engaging, meaningful brand content.
• Coordinate messaging and promotional materials to ensure sponsorships deliver maximum impact and alignment with our brand strategy.
• Monitor budgets and performance, analyse results, and continuously optimise campaigns and sponsorships for greater effectiveness.
• Enhance Inbank’s presence at key industry conferences and events, ensuring strong brand representation and engagement.
• Stay ahead of market and marketing trends, experiment with new ideas and formats, and share insights to inspire innovation within the team.
• Collaborate across marketing and sales teams to deliver integrated, results-driven campaigns that support business growth.

Ideally, you would have: 

• At least 3-5 years of previous similar marketing experience, ideally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritise, multitask, and deliver multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Proven PR expertise — from writing compelling press materials to managing relationships with journalists and PR agencies.
• Experience in partnership and sponsorship marketing, with a track record of driving measurable visibility and impact.
• Analytical mindset — confident in interpreting results and optimising performance based on data insights.
• Relationship builder with excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Detail-oriented and proactive, with a hands-on approach and a focus on delivering results.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in Lithuanian and English.
• Experience in financial services, retail, or technology is considered an advantage.
