Head of Car Financing
Inbank is a financial technology company with an EU banking license that connects merchants, consumers, and financial institutions on its next-generation embedded finance platform. Our financing solutions are seamlessly integrated into the shopping journeys of over 6,000 retailers. This helps our merchant partners grow their businesses, while end customers benefit from a frictionless shopping experience wherever they are. With a focus on innovation and growth, we are seeking talented individuals to join our team of over 440 professionals working across our offices in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and the Czech Republic.
In order to strengthen Inbank's strategic approach to the Car Financing product, we seek a talented Head of Car Financing to join our Vilnius team.
As the Head of Car Financing, you will lead the growth and development of Inbank’s car financing business in the Lithuanian market. By managing a small team, you’ll be responsible for expanding and strengthening our partner network, fostering long-term relationships, and driving sustainable sales growth. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the full product journey — from market strategy and partner engagement to product innovation and performance optimisation. You’re a strategic leader who thrives on building meaningful connections, inspiring teams, and ensuring that every partner feels supported, valued, and empowered to succeed.
What will you be doing?
- Shaping and developing the car financing product in Lithuania — working with internal stakeholders to improve product functionality, processes, and partner experience.
- Driving business development by identifying, approaching, and securing new strategic partners to expand our car financing network across Lithuania.
- Taking end-to-end ownership of the sales cycle, from prospecting and negotiation to finalising agreements and ensuring smooth implementation.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing Inbank partners, including car dealerships, car lots, leasing companies, and automotive service providers.
- Analysing market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to keep our offering competitive and aligned with market demand.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams — including risk, marketing, and customer support — to ensure seamless partner onboarding and strong long-term relationships.
- Managing and developing a small team, providing guidance, setting clear goals, and fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
- Reporting on performance metrics and providing management insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets while supporting broader company growth objectives.
Ideally, you would have:
- Proven leadership experience: 5+ years of success in B2B sales, business development, or partnership management, preferably in financial services, leasing, or the automotive sector.
- Strategic business development skills: Track record of identifying, building, and scaling partnerships, ideally with experience managing multimillion-euro portfolios.
- Team management expertise: Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire a small team, while fostering accountability and high performance.
- Entrepreneurial drive: A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment, with a results-oriented and hands-on approach.
- Strong analytical mindset: Ability to analyse market data, identify growth opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills: Proven ability to build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and close complex deals.
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
- Proven experience in financial product development or managing complex projects involving digital tools and partner integrations.
- Established network within the automotive or leasing industries in Lithuania, with strong relationship-building capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience reporting directly to senior management or a board, with the ability to present strategic insights and results effectively.
What you’ll get in return:
- Competitive salary based on experience and performance (€4,000–€6,000 gross per month), including a fixed and variable quarterly component tied to results.
- A company car for visiting our partners.
- A hybrid working model, providing flexibility and work-life balance.
- An additional 5 vacation days after the 3rd year of working.
- A stimulating and enjoyable work environment that fosters creativity and collaboration.
- Opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the company.
- Health insurance or access to the Stebby app.
- Dedicated learning and development budget.
- Comfortable, pet-friendly office located in Vilnius, designed to create a conducive work environment for all team members.
At Inbank, we strive to have an inclusive and diverse working environment, so we welcome you to apply even if you do not match all the points here, but think you would do well.
When submitting your application, kindly ensure your CV is in English.
